Rick Gary Joins Child Advocacy Center’s Blue Ribbon Ride

Central New York radio and television personality, Rick Gary will serve as the lead rider in the Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County’s 7th Annual Blue Ribbon Ride Against Child Abuse.
